He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. - Isaiah 40:29-31.

He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves there of are still. -psalm 119:130

Cast all of your anxieties on the Lord, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

1 Peter 5:6-11 (NIV)
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that He may lift you in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To Him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

I lift my eyes to the hills, where my help comes from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2 NIV

A wonderful woman of God gave me this verse many years ago and it is one of those verses that have always stuck in my head in time of trouble. So I pray this will bless someone else now.
